Loker Karawang – PT H-One Kogi Prima Auto Technologies Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan penanam modal asing (PMA) Jepang yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif merupakan salah satu vendor dari PT HPM(Honda Propesct motor).
Selain itu, HK-Pati adalah salah satu perusahaan jepang yang bergerak dibidang Die Casting atau perusahaan yang produksi utamanya adala Dies dan tentunya dengan kapasitas yang besar. Yang mana perusahaan ini baru merintis produksi dibidang pembuatan Dies dengan skala tonase besar, yang nantinnya akan menjadi sebuah perusahaan besar pertama di indonesia yang melayani kebutuhan customer akan Die dengan ukuran dan berat yang besar.
HK-Pati mulai pembangunannya sejak Juni 2013,dari gabungan 3 perusahaan besar yaitu : H-ONE Japan, Kogi Japan dan Roda Prima Lancar. 1. FOREMAN STAMPING
Requirements:
- Male
- Min. SMK (Vocational High School) majoring in Mechanical
- At least 3 years of experience as a Press Machine with capacity 3000 Ton’s
- Having experience in process stamping machine
- Understand with electrical circuit (PLC)
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Maintain and Manage crane handling equipment
- Able to maintain and control stamping equipment on a scheduled basis
- Monitor and analyze of Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Having Experience identify for Continuous improvement and Implement corrective actions
- Have Good leadership and able to work with a team
- Honest and have good ability communicate effectively and Good Presentation Skills
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Regulations of health, safety and environmental
- Willing to be located in Karawang
2. LEADER MAINTENANCE
Requirements:
- Male
- Min. SMK (Vocational High School) Majoring in Mechanical
- At least 3 years of experience in Leader Maintenance
- Responsible for all electric (PLC), HMI and mechanical in daily work
- Having experience in the press machine process with a capacity of 3000 tons
- Complete preventative and predictive maintenance work, and also provide feedback on any issues
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Having Experience identify for Continuous improvement and Implement corrective actions
- Have Good leadership and able to work with a team
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Regulations of health, safety and environmental
- Reports directly to the position of Maintenance Manager’s position
- Willing to be located in Karawang
3. WELDING SECTION HEAD
Requirements:
- Male
- Min. D4 or S1 Majoring in Mechanical, Machine or Electrical
- At least 3 years of experience in Welding Section Head/ Inspector
- Strong Understanding of Welding in-Process Machine, Robot JIG and Tools
- Welding in-Process QC and Line Efficiency Improvement Strong analytical and problem solving
- Having Experience identify for Continuous improvement and Implement corrective actions
- Have Good leadership and able to work with a team
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Regulations of health, safety and environmental
- Willing to be located in Karawang
