Production Engineering
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Accurate and strong attention to detail
- Active in English both verbal & written
- Familiar with PPAP, APQP and FMEA
- Good in knowledge of Mold, Plastic and Injection Machine
Responsibility:
- Close communication with other department and/ or customer in order of new development model and preparation for mass production
- In coordination with Mold Maker/ 3rd parties regarding of tooling and or Product Development
- Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.
- Develop test prototypes
- Identify solutions to improve production efficiency
- Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs
- Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
- Obtaining any materials and equipment required
- Create and maintain production documentation and procedures
