Job Description:

• Ensure the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) activity is running based on company’s target and standard
• Develop and improve its work system to make sure the job process is running effectively and efficiently
• Handle man management activity for all man power in maintenance area

Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree (D3) of Mechanical/ Manufacture Engineering
2. Male with max. age 25 years old
3. Fresh graduate or people with max. 2 years experiences are both welcome to apply
4. Have good knowledge about basic maintenance management activity
5. A leader with good communication and coordination skill
6. Excellent problem solver & decision maker
7. Willing to be placed at Cikarang (Bekasi), West Java

2. Operation Mangement Dev (OMD)

Job Description:

• Planning and implementation of TPS principles on the production line.
• Ability to implement the Toyota Production System throughout the manufacturing process to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce waste.

Requirements:

1. D3 of Mechanical/ Manufacturing Process Engineering
2. Male, max 23 years old
3. Fresh graduate
4. Understand manufacturing production system
5. Good analytical thingking & Problem solving skill
6. Good communication & coordination skill
7. Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

3. Quality Assurance (Henkaten) Leader

Job Description:

• Ensure the quality (henkaten) process is running according to company’s standard and guideline
• Develop & improve its work system to make sure the job process is running effectively & efficiently

Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree (D3) of Mechanical/ Manufacture Engineering
2. Male with max. age 25 years old
3. Fresh graduate or experiences are both welcome to apply
4. Passionate and willing to learn & develop himself, especially in quality assurance area
5. Have good knowledge about basic henkaten management activity will be a plus point
